Casey Haun - President

Casey grew up in Frisco Texas when Frisco was little more than a prairie town. His first work experience was for his father in their family-owned underground utility business. Whether operating heavy machinery or overseeing project crews, Casey discovered his love for the outdoors, the beauty of nature and working with people.

After several years working for his father, Casey partnered with a friend in a landscaping venture, ultimately buying the business and launching Growing Green in 2000. Casey is now passionately doing what he loves best, designing and managing large landscape projects all around the country.

Casey has been married to Cheryl for 18 years, and they have 4 beautiful children. He is definitely considered a family man, and still loves the outdoors, traveling, and playing with his kids on a daily basis.

Scott Richards - Vice President

Scott, a native Texan, has worked on his family cattle ranch for as long as he can remember. In the 80?s, Scott left the hay field for the field of information systems which offered him the opportunity to work for some of the world?s leading providers in the industries of real estate and technology. Scott has built and managed both systems and teams over a thirty-year career and developed a love for people and the processes that make a project successful. For GG, Scott has overall responsibility for the projects, processes and client relations.

Scott is married and has three grown children and one grandson, with hopes for many more to come. Scott enjoys fishing, riding ATV?s and the outdoors, and still loves to get away to the family ranch.

Andrew Nicholas

Andrew was born and raised in Dallas, but growing up he spent much of his time out on the ranch gaining an appreciation for nature and the outdoors. After studying accounting at Baylor University, Andrew began working for Growing Green in 2006. Believing in the vision and direction of the company, Andrew has dedicated his career to honing in on landscaping design and pr ofessional growth in several fields within the company.

Andrew maintains a personal focus on health and family, while preserving an ongoing love of nature, sports and fitness.
